Able to oversee, and manage the creation of any new media project from concept to delivery.

Responsibilities will also include leading and overseeing a team of Web Developers in building the feature sets for each web site release ensuring completion in conformance to the project goals and requirements.

Will work closely with programming staff to ensure that all functions work correctly and are integrated properly with the design of the site.

In charge of managing production deadlines and assessing the complexities of each project.

2-3 years Experience both developing sites and managing development teams required.

Required skills include: Knowledge of HTML, Basic ASP, Flash, Director, Photoshop, Illustrator, SSI, and all applicable web technologies.

Responsible for the design and look/feel of interactive projects including web, extranet, product demos, and presentations. This position will work closely with Development Director to customize and implement new media needs.

Will also be responsible for following site plans to the T and ensuring that all projects have been tested and conform to the usage model indicated in the site plan.

This position reports to the Director of Development.

1 year plus, web development experience required.
